Why can't you have deep fried ice cream at your wedding?

We have been in Hermosa Beach, California for the last couple days taking part in a retreat for the mastermind group we are part of with wedding planners from across North America. For lunch on Tuesday we went to a fabulous Mexican restaurant called Cantina Real. After filling up on nachos chips with salsa and guacamole and our meals, no one had room for desert. So after going out for supper we stopped back in at Cantina Real for some deep fried ice cream. As wedding planners we are always trying to look for new and innovative ideas to show our brides and I was thinking how great it would be to have a deep fried ice cream station at a wedding. Imagine a deep frying station where your guests can pick an ice cream flavour and have it deep fried for their desert. People would be talking about your wedding for years. Your wedding should reflect the personalities of you and your spouse. If you add those personal touches your wedding will be memorable for you and your guests for the rest of your lives.
